+If wanting to surgically alter underbust, you can do a Costal cartilage reduction / rib osteotomies. Procedures like Ravitch Procedure were mostly invented for people with pectus excavatum (concave chest), and are quite rare to do for cosmetic reasons, and likely quite expensive.

Combining that with ribxcar and basically doing it for upper torso could be possible in the future. I looked and one guy who got it done literally got a reduction in his ribcage breadth without that even being the goal. </p>
